Had an amazing night cruise with full view of the Fireworks. 2 hours of calm and soothing ride with a very presentable and knowledgeable guide/host. Everybody on the crew was amazing. Just 1 negative point..I went to the bar for a glass of water and bartender said 'I only serve bottled water' which was fine considering the fact that the bar intends to make money. But he was really rude to me while saying so...which I do not appreciate. Nothing wrong in being polite ...right? Apart from that, everything else was 5 star!

This was absolutely horrible. I have done the cruise a few years ago and had a wonderful experience, this time, not at all. I see why the price went down b/c the quality has as well. I am still not certain why the boat stopped and we were stuck out there, b/c no one bothered to explain it to us, no apologies, NOTHING... I am grateful that we were able to get the full experience, EVENTUALLY, but again, the fact that we were stuck out there, with no explanation at all, really showed their lack of customer service. I will never do this again.

Fun and informative trip on the lake. The announcer was so well informed about all of the chicago architecture and history, also the science behind the locks necessary to departing from the river to the lake. I did have a little problem with the diesel fumes sitting in the rear of the boat while idling when waiting for the water to rise in the locks to go out to the lake. Wonderful fireworks.

Loved this tour. It was by far the best way to see the Chicago skyline. The fireworks were amazing also. Another plus to this cruise is the fact that you get the experience of going through the lock to get onto Lake Michigan.
