Start by preparing a red wine vinaigrette salad of fresh seasonal vegetables. Next, Nancy and Don will show you the secrets to creating the city's famous pie! A fresh tomato sauce and the “butter crust” dough are both prepared ahead of time, but the creative license is all yours when it comes to building your pie. Choose from options such as roasted vegetables, pepperoni, sausage, artichokes, mushrooms, and banana peppers. And then there is what they have coined “The Big Reveal” of the pizzas!
