Day 2: Yangtze River Cruise - Shibaozhai
Stop At: Shi Bao Zhai, No.17 Yinshan Street, Baoshi Town, Zhong County 404332 China
Shore excursion to Shibaozhai Pagoda. The Shibaozhai is a 12-storey wooden pavilion built in the Ming Dynasty, which looks like a giant bonsai on the Yangtze River. A cofferdam was built around the Shibaozhai to protect it from the rising water level caused by the construction of the Three Gorges Dam.

Fengdu Ghost City (Optional CNY 290 per person) is sacred to three different religions: Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism. Revered as a place where the dead transition into another realm, it is surprisingly not dark or cemetery like. Rather, Ghost City is vibrant and colorful, although the local names are a bit scary. Here you will find “Nothing to Be Done Bridge,” “Ghost Torture Pass,” and “River of Blood.”

- All confirmed bookings are final and non-refundable; however, date change or transfer of booking to another person are allowed provided that you contact customer service by email at least 30 days before cruise departure date to arrange such changes.
- Customer service will confirm your request for date change but subject to availability within 48 business hours. If your preferred date is unavailable, you will be provided with next available date. If there is a price difference due to seasonality, travelers will need to pay the difference. Please note there is no refund if you cannot travel on alternative dates or cannot find a person to take over your booking.
- The total number of travelers and the cruise cabin type of the new booking must be the same as the original. For eligible date change or transfer of booking, a new voucher must be obtained and the original voucher will be void.
