About this activity
Itinerary
After filling out liability waivers, customers will be taken ( or can walk ) downhill to the MAD MUSKY launch area. Canoe is put into the Collins river, customers are given a map and can paddle upstream a bit first or simply paddle with the river current, pausing at their leisure for underwater cave veiwing that can be seen when waters are low, swimming, fishing, picnicking or just relaxing. Customers can call once they reach the bridge and Myers Cove boat ramp for pick up or paddle back to MAD MUSKY launch area. Rentals on canoes are whole day or half day only and as much advance notice as possible is requested due to very limited availability. Extremely low water levels in the river can also be a factor.
