Day 1

Airport / Matale

On arrival at the Bandaranaike International Airport, you will get your first taste of warm Sri Lankan hospitality; Representative from Vishwa colombo Tours will Welcome you and transfer to Matale.

The Ayurveda Tour in Sri Lanka begins as you check-in to the first hotel and relax.

Overnight stay at Hotel in Matale.

DAY 2 to DAY 08

The treatments will commence from day two onwards.

You will be following the doctor’s treatment plan from your second day onwards. professional Ayurveda treatments; supervised by specialised Ayurveda doctors.

Between your Ayurveda treatments you can relax with Meditation .

Between your Ayurveda treatments you can relax in traditional villege.learn about natural healing at the Ayurveda herbal garden and discover the benefits of organic food at Ayurveda cooking classes.

TREATMENTS:

Your daily treatments will includes, Shirodhara, a synchronized body massages, oral medicine and many more treatments will be conducted, to create a perfect balance between Body, Mind & Soul.All treatments are based on Panchakarma -shirodhara the gentle way of healing. A Panchakarma treatment balances the bio-energies, the Doshas, which are responsible for our health and wellbeing.

Panchakarma can help by reversing these negative effects of daily living. It can restore your natural state of health and wellness by cleansing your body of toxins, bringing balance into your system and improving bodily function. It can also help you sustain this process by making positive changes in lifestyle.

All Panchakarma treatments are monitored by Ayurvedic doctors on a daily basis and supported by a special full-board diet.

DAY 09

After your Ayurvedic tour we take you Morning and go on a day tour to Peradeniya Botanical garden. Evening go on technical tours related to arts such as gem crafting, woodcarving and batiks.And visit the Temple of the Tooth relic in Kandy.

return back to your hotel and relax.

DAY 10

Proceed to Sigiriya On the way, You can also stop by the second biggest Hindu kovil temple Matale in Sri Lanka.

Visit the Dambulla Archaeological Museum and explore the cave temples of Dambulla.the best-preserved cave temple complex of Sri Lanka.

Visit to the rock fortress of Sigiriya “World Heritage Site” and the 5th Century “Fortress in the Sky” which is perhaps the most fantastic single wonder of the Island. It is also known as Lion Rock because of the huge lion that used to stand at the entrance to the Palace on the summit of the 600-foot high rock.

After these activities you will be drop off to Bandaranayake international airport or negombo beach.
