7:30 to 8:30 or 14:00 to 14:30: Pick up at the hotel in Da Nang center then go for coffee.

08:30 or 15:00: Visit a local market and learn some tips of “bargaining” when shopping. You will visit a colorful local market, beautiful vegetable gardens and tour around the local family. Classes are completely hands-on, encouraging you to practice Vietnamese cooking techniques.

09:30 or 16:00: Visit a local garden and see farmers raising different aromatic plants and spices. Join the farmers in preparing the land and fertilizing it. Rake the ground, sow, water, pick vegetables and other gardening activities.

10:30 or 17:00: Go to a local family’s house to begin your cooking lesson there. Our chef is very easy-going, exceptionally knowledgeable and talented in cooking. She knows many recipe secrets that have handed down from her family generations.
