Night Hike

Visit the natural habitat of some of Belize's nocturnal animals. If you are lucky you may even see the tracks of one of our five wild cats (jaguar, puma, ocelot, margay or jaguarondi), six if you count whisky the resort cat! If you are very lucky, you may even see them up-close. Other animals you are likely to encounter on this night walk are foxes, armadillos, pacas, bats, owls and kinkajous. There is something magical about walking through the rainforest at night. Listening to the calls of the crickets, frogs, and nocturnal birds. Enjoy the beauty of the moon as it shines through the forest canopy, let your imagination run wild!
