Pick up clients at the place of stay in Dar es Salaam advice to leave early Morning (5am) and drive to Mikumi National Park 7 hours driving taking lunch Morogoro town before arrive in Mikumi national park, arrive in afternoon enjoy evening game drive Mikumi National Park, great animals sightings in different areas of the park like Mkata plain, Kisungura area and Hippo dams. Overnight staying at the lodge or campsite for dinner and sleep.

Early morning go for a morning walking safari into the park escorted by an armed ranger. Spend your time identify different animals, plants and birds. Your guide will by your side helping to spot different birds and animals as well as help to identify. In the late morning hours return the lodge for a short rest, lunch and depart to Dar es Salaam
Walking safari is normally designed to fit into your safari schedule, and can be scheduled early in the morning or late afternoon when tropical temperatures are cool, the walks are guided and normally accompanied by an armed ranger. A walking safari is an excellent break from game drives, where visitors will learn some fascinating facts about nature, birds, reptiles, insects and medicinal uses of local plants, which you may not fully appreciate from the seat of your safari car.
