Following a pickup in central Dijon, hop aboard your minibus and travel out of the city into the rolling hills of Burgundy — widely considered among France’s finest winegrowing regions. Along the way, admire sweeping views over the fertile vineyards coating the landscape.
First, visit a local winery and explore the cellars with your guide. Gain insight into the winemaking process, and sample a selection of Premier Cru red and whites. Learn how to pair wines with your meals.
Head onward to a second Burgundy winery and learn of the estate’s rich family history. Taste a diverse range of Pinot Noir wines, developed in harmony with the region’s rich traditions.

Our trip was very enjoyable with a guide who clearly knew the history and background of wines in burgundy. She was both knowledgeable and entertaining. The trip was small group and thus all were able to interact with the guide in both French and English. The two wineries visited provided a good opportunity to sample across several wines and wineries. An excellent trip for all!

A fantastic excursion. Our guide Stéphane was incredibly friendly, and very knowledgeable of both the wine and the region. There was no obligation to buy the wine at either of the stops, though we opted to do so as we were on the hunt for a gift and received expert advice from the owner. We felt the tour lasted the optimum amount of time - a little of over three hours, meaning there was no rush at either spot, allowing enough time to enjoy several wines, yet we were still back by lunchtime, to continue exploring Dijon. A must-do for wine lovers - both the beginners and the connoisseurs!
