Disastrous 40minute queue to collect tickets, faced by another 75minutes queue to get to the Elevator to the 124th floor. Spent 15-20 mins in what is essentially just a gift shop on the 125th floor only to have to queue for another 45 minutes to get the Elevator back down. Horrific organization. The dinner in the Burj Club was nice, good views of the fountain, food was delicious and the staff there very attentive and pleasant.

The experience of going up the Burj Kahlifa was very disappointing. We were herded like cattle from queue to queue. Made to queue and have our photo taken. Made to queue and view our photos which all superimposed! Spent less than 2 minutes looking down as the windows were dirty. Impossible to take a decent photo off you own device hence the push to pay extortionate prices for their superimposed ones. The meal and location was however superb...worth every penny of the total cost of this trip. Whilst eating we had excellent views of the fountain show and the light show of the hotel. It was breathtaking ! The food was very good too.
