The Jumeirah Grand Mosque in Dubai is open on Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays & Thursdays from 8:45am till 9:45am only. On Mondays & Wednesdays from 9:00am to 10:00am and from 10:15am to 11:15am. The mosque is closed on Fridays
Ladies visiting the mosque are required to cover their head with a scarf. Do not wear shorts, beachwear, or sleeveless outfits as they are to be fully covered

We had the same experience as the other reviewer in that we were the only two in the van. While the tour covered the listed places, customers should know that this is not a guided tour but is merely transportation to the sites. The driver was very nice and accommodating but not a tour guide -- he had to stay with the van after dropping us off in various places. The ride on an abra across Dubai Creek was merely a 2-minute ride to cross the creek to the other side where the van was parked. Overall, we were quite disappointed. You can go to the same places at a much less expensive rate on a Hop-on Hop-off bus or even a private car, we're told. Viator and its local affiliate Daytur Dubai were not willing to provide a partial refund.
