The giant observation wheel stands at a staggering height of 210m making it the highest of its kind in the world. It is located off the popular Jumeirah Beach Residences (JBR) beachfront and is set to offer 360-degree views of the Dubai skyline.
Set to be complete in time for Expo 2020 Dubai celebrations, Ain Dubai will present views of the city's beautiful coastline, impressive skyline as well as famous landmarks such as Burj Al Arab, Palm Jumeirah and Burj Khalifa. Its base will serve as an entertainment zone with a large LED screen mounted on the wheel.
Ain Dubai shares its home on Bluewaters Island with hotels, retail outlets, restaurants and residences.

Housed in the Al Fahidi Fort, this is the oldest existing building in the city, and is a must-visit for a taste of old Dubai. Built in 1787, this fort was once a monarch base, a force of defence, a weapons arsenal and prison, before being renovated during the reign of Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum. In 1971 – the same year the United Arab Emirates was formed, the fort reopened as Dubai Museum. Showcasing Dubai’s history and its original heritage, you can get a glimpse of everyday life before the discovery of oil. The galleries recreate historic local houses, mosques, souks, date farms, desert and marine life.You can also explore the rich history of pearl-diving in the region, including actual weights and scales used at the time. In fact, items dating as far back as 3000BC are on show, carefully preserved and cared for to ensure even more longevity. See the vast difference between the old and modern Dubai – which developed over just a few years. You’ll find the Dubai Museum at the southern end of the Dubai Creek.
