Dublin's Distillery Trail

Our meeting point is James Fox Cigar & Whiskey Store, very centrally located on Grafton Street. We board our luxury transport upon meeting and we head direct for the Liberties area of Dublin.

Your whiskey expert Host will provide commentary on board as you pass through many of Dublin's unique districts. It's a city tour with whiskey in it's heart!

We start with a visit to The Dublin Liberties Distillery. We take the full tour here and you will learn how we make our whiskeys here in Ireland, our process differs to other world whiskeys and that impacts the taste considerably!

During the tour at The Dublin Liberties Distillery, you will try their Dubliner Original, Liberties Oak Devil and we actually start the tour with a sample of their award-winning Dublin Honeycomb Liqueur

We travel on foot just around the block to a neighboring distillery - Teeling Whiskey Distillery. You'll see the distillery floor here at Teelings on arrival and then we have special sampling in the bar; Small Batch Teeling Whiskey and their Single Pot Still - the first Dublin distilled Single Pot Still to come out of the city in nearly 50 years.

We then travel in our transport to another new distillery set in a restored church, Pearse Lyon’s Distillery. We take part of the tour here, a walk around the church graveyard, where you learn of the really fascinating stories of the locals buried here. We finish with a tasting of 3 whiskeys in the Pearse Lyons range and their delicious Ha’penny gin.

We take you back to the downtown area for tastings with an Irish whiskey ambassador at The Celtic Whiskey Shop – 2 premium whiskeys and an Irish cream liqueur included.

During the day, you will have enjoyed a panoramic city tour of Dublin as we transfer from stop to stop in luxury executive transport with commentary on board from your whiskey expert host (bottled water and snacks on board).
