I thought this was going to be cheesy, and it kind of was but it was really fun. The guide is a great entertainer and the stories were interesting. Our group ranged in age from 22 to 78, and we all enjoyed it very much.
We booked the tour on our first day in Dublin and picked the late night one - even though we were both very tired by the time the tour started we were impressed with our guide Louisa this was only her second week and she could have been acting the tours for years. On boarding the bus we walked round the maze on the lower deck - not fully what I was expecting, I thought it would be longer and more of a maze, instead it was just a quick turn round the corner and up to the top. The tour itself is a mix of comedy and ghost tails, mostly comedy however. We sat on the wrong side of the bus to see outside during the stops - the windows make it difficult to see. I enjoyed the underground tour of the castle and the final graveyard stop. There is some audience participation required and you may get picked on to take part - not really something I would like, lucky i didn't get picked!. Overall this was a fun tour! The weather was good and the stop off points made the tour more interesting than the version I went on in London. The guide, Louisa, was very entertaining and made the experience what it was! :-
I enjoyed the Ghost Bus Tour very much. A lot of fun had by all. Nick was very entertaining. Tour was fun and informative! Definitely give it a try!
Never got to go but paid in full for nothing. No one at the location.
So much fun, got to see Dublin castle after house. Tour guide was very entertaining. Have a pint before you go, makes it even more fun!
We took our 13 15 year old granddaughters they made the outing brilliant by screaming a lot- I haven't laughed so much for ages The tour guide was great and getting in the vaults at Dublin Castle alone was worth the price.
