This is a small group tour lead by a very knowledgeable brewery employee. In our case, Rod. We learnt the making of beer is quite a complex procedure perfected by Speight's over many years. The piece de resistance is the final leg of the tour when you get to pour and taste the many varieties of beer produced by Speights. If you are in Dunedin, put this tour at the top of your to do list.
