The service was excellent from contacting local representative arranging to picking us up from our hotel. Pick up on time great journey to first stop, excellent information from Rep. Boat was great and had long enough to be able to get right up to Glazier and take photos. The park was amazing and great we were able to have enough time for a quick bite to eat then saver the views from this amazing sight on our own.
Beautiful day, well organised and tour guide was awsome. the pace was great! we had enough time to walk on the walkways and the following boat ride was awsome as well! thank you for the great day
Amazing amazing amazing!!! They picked me up at my hotel and they were really really nice. The guide Alejandra was super informative - she explained everything thoroughly in English and Spanish. Unfortunately I didn't see a bag or a jar for tips - and when I was dropped off at my hotel, she disappeared somewhere so I couldn't leave a tip :-/ The boat ride is included in this voucher and takes you up to 200 meters away from what I think was the south face of the glacier. The pasarelas mostly have views of the north face. Make sure you bring ARS 600 in cash to be able to enter the park. Wear a down jacket, gloves, wool socks, and shoes with good traction - the pasarelas are steel and can get very slippery when there's snow/ice/rain. I believe there are mini trekking options as well, but I was too afraid to try that - this tour is ideal for people like me who don't really enjoy the outdoors, but want a brief outdoorsy experience. This glacier is one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen in my entire life - I would definitely return to see Spegazzini and Uppsala as well. Highly recommend this tour - especially if you're not in El Calafate for more than a day or two - it's the perfect amount of time.
Nadia was an amazing tour guide, so informative and lovely - she made the day very special and really took the time to speak to all in the group, nothing was too much and at the end of the tour she gave us some chocolates and local liquor. I would definitely recommend this trip, really enjoyed it and learnt so much!
