Our family HIGHLY RECOMMENDS this tour (and Carlos company) especially after hearing about our friend’s experience that used the cruise company tours. We saw WAY MORE for WAY LESS and had a private guide the whole time. Want to stop to go to the bathroom right now?. “No problem” Want to get the best tacos in town? “Let me take you there” All of those things above are impossible with a cruise guided tour. Carlos was on time and extremely friendly and accommodating to our family of 4 in which we have 2 very young kids ( 4 year old and 1 year old) I still don’t understand why people GET RIPPED off from the Cruise lines in booking their tours! For LESS money you can get a PRIVATE TOUR and see SO MUCH MORE. IF you enjoy waiting on 30-50 other people to walk 20 feet then maybe the cruise one is the way to go :-). Carlos told us his company can also accommodate really large groups! I know safety is always a concern but you’re in great hands with Carlos and his company. He knows everyone and responded to my many emails and text message right away. Trust me… I was a pain before the tour to make sure things were 100%. Carlos lived in Socal for a while so his English is perfect and of course speaks Spanish since he's from the Ensenada area. We went to Pai Pai Echo Park and my 4-year-old daughter and my wife was able to see lots of cool animals. The highlight of our trip was playing with a baby tiger, lion and jaguar cub. It was really amazing! After that we went to the petting zoo area and saw tons of “Farm” animals that my daughter interacted with. She rode a pony, donkey, played with some feisty mountain goats and took some amazing pictures with a peacock and tons of other animals. After seeing all the animals, we had fun eating tacos right there and trying some tequila (which was really good) and shopping a bit. We drove to La Bufadora next which was GREAT!. Depending on the tide you can see the water shoot up over 100 feet. From what I told it’s the highest one of it’s kind in the world. We were lucky that day and it saw it get around that height. There’s lots of local shops setup on your walk to the blow hole and things to check out.. On the way back we went to the downtown area and got some great food! There’s more shopping and cool bars/restaurants and shops to check out. After all that Carlos dropped us at the port and we got back on our ship. Did I mentioned we had a really nice time and he was awesome :-)
