The van we went on was really poor. Noisy and no springs. This vehicle should have been out of service. Driver was great
It was nice, but coming from Virginia the layout can be made more appealing. My overall impression of Alaska is a 3 star hotel where you will be paying a 5 star price. Did not eat the soggy oily fries at Crab Shack in Seward Harbour.

Chena Hot Springs was great! We were picked up from our hotel and our driver was great. It was beautiful at hot springs. The ice palace was incredible! I would recommend this for anyone going to Fairbanks!
