This was a fabulous way to understand Florence's history and get to know the city. The only negative was the tour people were not dressed according to what we were told not did they identify themselves which caused some confusion.
Our tour guide was incredibly knowledge about the history of Florence. Each monument and the background was provided in detail. She seemed to have a real passion for Florence's history which is infectious. The only recommendation would that it would be great to be able to walk and talk more, as it was a chilly day and standing in a spot made me feel more cold.
Waste of precious vacation time and money. Was a total of 10 people. 6 French speaking and 4 English. The guide struggled with both languages and spent 70% with French folk and 30 with us English. The guide had trouble with both languages, but mostly with the english language. Trouble communicating about the subject matter. A refund should made!
Helena was a great host and was very knowledgeable. We ticked all the main boxes with her. Highly recommended!
This tour was amazing. The guide was very informative and with Florence’s history and ability to keep their treasures was well worth seeing
Sylvia did a great job on this introductory tour to Florence. She will give you information on where to go during your stay and some inside tips.
