This was very convenient and enjoyable with no lines and a limited group size. We had a great tour guide that made the experience even better. The view from the terrace is gorgeous as well being at the base of the dome. Didn’t quite have the stamina to climb to the coupala. Would do it again!

Excellent tour. Guide very knowledgeable. The wine tasting was very enjoyable and very friendly family run business. Delicious wine and cheese. The food was fine at the traditional Italian restaurant but unfortunately spoilt by a very rude and grumpy waiter! Change the restaurant or please suggest some customer service training to staff. Other than that tour highly recommended.

Again, after booking this tour through Viator, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we were the only two guests, and we were to be given a private tour by the guide who was excellent. After touring the lower portion of the Duomo, we were ushered to a private stairway that lead to a balcony that ringed/overlooked the inner sanctuary. Later we had a tour of the lower rooftop before proceeding on the Dome climb. The tour was amazing. This portion I would rate as a 4.8. After leaving the guide, the wine tasting was anticlimactic. Perhaps if sampling was more extensive, we might have consider purchasing some. We are picky in this regards.

This was sooooo worth it. The video they have you watch in the beginning was a bit odd but after that its amazing! You get the VIP treatment aka behind the ropes : Getting to view Florence from the terrace was so cool and it was small group so we werent having to compete to get in the perfect picture spots.

We had seen several videos including a documentary about the Duomo before going, it was beyond expectation!
