Our tour guy was very knowledgeable. We got a lot of information and were able to skip the long lines. I would definitely recommend this tour. My 17 year old daughter really enjoyed it.
Our tour group was small- only 5 of us so we were able to clearly hear and ask questions. There were no headphones. Our guide was very knowledgeable. She gave us lots of history about the Baptistry. The Grande Museo was amazing. On this tour you only get a taste of the Museo but since it ends inside you could spend more time there. We had a 1/2 until the Duomo climb. She was realistic in cautioning us about number of steps and height to climb but it is so worth it. The views are amazing both inside and out.
Sara was wonderful she made sure we experienced the Baptistry and the Museum from an ancient Rome point of view !!!
If you are adventurous and would like the best views of Florence you must climb the 463 steps to the top of the Duomo. Warning, it's very steep and narrow and will test your endurance. My hubby and I are in our 50's and we were huffing and puffing but finally made it. Worth it! Spectacular views from the top. We officially crossed this feat off our bucket list!
Very knowledgable guide, a fascinating tour.
The guide was flighty and opinionated. Provided misinformation and lacked subject knowledge. We have booked with Viator in Italy several times previously and had far superior guide experiences with other excursions which were with other tour providers.
