About this activity

Arrived at the meeting point we are waiting for you no later than 10 minutes after the agreed time (only in case of emergency contact +393931050885)

The class will be a 2 minute walk from the meeting point

As soon as you arrive, you decide the menu based on the chef's instructions and your tastes (so always remember to report what you don't like if you have allergies)

We start preparing pasta and sauces (about an hour)

Short break for a refreshing aperitif (about 15 minutes)

We continue with the execution for ravioli, tagliatelle, spaghetti or other pasta that we decided to prepare (about 45 minutes)

In the end we eat and drink!

I remind you to use proper clothes because you will be in a real kitchen so, for your safety and comfort, if possible not short shorts, no too wide and long sleeves, low-cut dresses and gathered hair.

Fun night was had by all and we had delicious pasta and sauces. Chef Vari was very interesting. The wine could’ve been better but overall it was a great experience plan to make pasta soon.

My friend and I signed up for this master class in pasta last minute. Luckily there were two spots left because it ended up being the highlight of our time in Florence. Chef Vary's personality is what makes this experience extra special. She's fun, outgoing, playful and a great teacher. She made everyone feel like family and never got upset is something went wrong. We made three different types of pasta and a sauce to match each - all from scratch! The time was broken up by a lovely apperitivo and we ended the night by enjoying the fruits of our labour at her large dining table. We had so much fun and will be recommending this experience to all our friends in the future.

I was traveling with my wife's family (two parents in their 60s and two children, 21 and 28) in Florence and we thought a small-group cooking class would be a great hands-on activity and a fun way to learn about local cuisine. This class was fantastic. Chef Vary is engaging, funny and extremely knowledgeable. We cooked a delicious meal and enjoyed great conversation with Chef Vary and the other tourists in the class. This was everyone's favorite part of the trip. Would highly recommend!

Vray was so much fun and her hospitality and instruction were excellent. We made homemade pasta dishes and enjoyed a delicious lunch with other Florence travelers. Highly recommend if you enjoy cooking!!
