Private Day Tour includes tastings at at least 4 top rated local wine estates

10:00 - Depart your accommodation and proceed to choice of Olive oil tasting or Lavender Farm. Or you can choose the best of both worlds and experience both the Lavender Farm and the Olive oil tasting.

11:30 - Introduction to area and first wine tasting. Dave will tell you all about the region and how it differs from other wine producing areas.

12:30 - Red wines / White wines / Bubbles or Beer. What is your favorite? Dave will design the tour around what you like and take you to any local wine estate that you might prefer.

13:30 - Light lunch. Enjoy a savory platter, a picnic next to the lake or be adventurous and take in some local food.

14:30 - Wine blending experience. This fun experience lets you blend a red wine according to your own tastes resulting in a personalized one- off wine produced by you.

16:00 - Last wine tasting. Settling down into the feel of the day Dave will review the activities and lead discussion on your likes and what perhaps did not impress.

17:00 - Proceed back to accommodation.
