What a day out on Tigress! Your day starts at 8 am departing Fremantle for a one and a half hour sail north west to a to a sheltered bay on Rottnest. Enjoy the crystal water's swimming, snorkelling, kayaking or just relax and enjoy being on the boat and take in Rottnest Island's natural beauty.
You can take a relaxing walk and see the unique wildlife, visit the museum, lighthouse's and enjoy a coffee at the local cafes.
On Rottnest there is something to interest everyone, i t is a protected nature reserve, the home of the Quokka.
The lime stone structure of the island can be seen in the original buildings, it has helped to create varied flora and allows corals to thrive under water. Rottnest has a sad but varied history and volunteer guides are more than happy to discuss this with you.
Tigress is surveyed for 18 passengers and as she is owner operated we will sail with smaller numbers. She is tried and tested and has just returned from a 3 year journey circumnavigating Australia. She has full galley facilities, a barbecue plus all the necessary catering essentials.
This sailing adventure comes to an end as we enter Fremantle Fishing Boat Harbour around 4 pm.
Boarding Facility The jetty in front of Joe's Fish Shack allows easy access, 42 Mews Rd, Fremantle.
