The half day in the north of the island begins at Chão dos Louros. In full Laurisilva enjoy the lovely scenery of the Valley of São Vicente. Going down a little more we got to Chão da Ribeira another valley within the Laurisilva. Advancing toward the north end of the Region, we have the viewpoint of Ribeira da Janela, to view the contrast of the mountain with the Sea. Finally, we visit Achadas da Cruz, a place that makes the transition between the north coast and the south of the island.
