Santo da Serra intermediate run

Itinerary

Starting at the parish of Santo da Serra, this medium level 23km trail follows a dirt road that leads us to Levada da Serra do Faial.

Going through it for about 2 kms, we'll pass through Pico do Suna, where we'll start to climb up to Terreiros. Here we'll enter a technical trail that gives us access to another technical trail, this time ascending.

Continuing down to the Chão das Aboboreiras, we'll reach Levada da Serra do Faial, following it for about 4 kms. After this, we'll go down between urban areas around the center returning to the starting point.
