You will meet your guide at the exclusive Hyde whiskey bar in central Galway. After you are seated you will begin your Food & Delxue Whiskey Experience. Your guide will explain the 3 elements that you are going to enjoy.

Whiskey

We have a selection that was picked with the best in the business. Our main

Irish whiskey expert Fionnan O’Connor, actually wrote the book on Irish Whiskey – ‘A Glass Apart’. We have beautiful

single malts, robust grain whiskey and Ireland’s very own

Cheese

We use a selection of

handmade cheeses on our

Deluxe whiskey & food experience. The two most prominent are Coolea and Cais na Tire. Both are small-scale artisan cheeses picked by our cheese experts at Sheridan’s of

Galway – who have been supplying Dublin restaurants for over 30 years.

Chocolate

Our chocolates are 

handmade by the chocolatiers at The Proper Chocolate Company. Each chocolate you taste will complement & contrast the whiskey you are tasting.
