The tour overall was very good and the guides were professionals and kind. The only thing that I was not happy about is that they did not take us to see the balloons in the morning and we had to see this from the hotel - very far away. So if you are afraid of heights and do not want to pay to fly in a balloon then you'll miss the opportunity to see all of the balloons in panorama view just like shown in the picture.
