Decided to give scuba diving a try at my great age!! Office is at the end of the beach. Weather wasn't great when we were there so the guys drove us to the other side of the island to a more sheltered bay. Dive instructor was kind and funny but serious about safety! There were only two learners in the afternoon so we had lots of attention. Slightly scary signing the form saying we accepted we could die errrr . . . ok, but after that all good. Myself and the other person both 1st timers and we managed to dive without dying lol. Only trouble was personal - I wear glasses so couldn't see much under water - needed prescription goggles but didn't fetch any with me and I am too old to carry a 20kg air tank. Once in the water it was fine though. Altogether a great thing to try, would love to do it again to be better next time, can't fault the dive school they were wonderful and professional. Would definitely recommend.
