About this activity

Visit the Arteara Park and travel by camel like the explorers in the Sahara desert. The expert guides take you through the valley Fataga and its palm forests. You will feel like you are in an oasis in the desert when you reach the dense palm forest in this region.

The camel ride is approximately 45 minutes long, and you don’t need previous experience riding camels or horses. You don’t need to ride on the hump. The camels have a two-seater saddle allowing a very comfortable ride.

The destination is a small oasis located in those deserted regions. Learn lots of interesting facts about dromedaries. Next, you will enjoy a refreshing peppermint tea and a delicious lunch. After this wonderful experience in the oasis you will return to Maspalomas.

the tour was fantastic, the camels are adorable we had an amazing day trip but we had trouble getting a confirmed time for the trip - sadly we was told we had been emailed but we actually hadn't until we was on holiday and it was the day before the trip when we finally confirmed a time, but trip wise, no problems at all, drinks and a roll Incl - fab day out!
