Good insight to the city - drivers drove a little fats and they could be a few more stops otherwise very good and worth taking

Once on the HOHO bus, the tour, ride and audio were good. However, initial loading of the bus at the cruise terminal port was horrendous. The process used by the company is terribly broken as you had to wait in a long while people purchased tickets as they boarded the bus. If you purchased tickets in advance, you were penalized since still had to wait in this long line. Would I do again under these circumstances....No!
