A walk through the history and tradition of Gran Canaria:

An unmissable event if you want to know the essence of Gran Canaria. In just an hour and a half, you can go through the history of the last 500 years of the Island. Aborigines, conquest, the passage of Christopher Columbus to the Americas, pirate attacks, and the different economic cycles, from agriculture to tourism. The visit to the FINCA CONDAL Museum in Juan Grande, just 10 minutes from Maspalomas, is completed by a tasting of Vega Grande wine, from the Finca Condal's own winery and a walk through a Botanical Garden with native plant species and macaronésica flora, oasis of palms and centenary olive trees, in addition to an exhibition of ancient vehicles.

During the tour through the different rooms of this museum of history, culture and ethnography, you will admire a hermitage and a typical Canarian manor house, a beautiful and valuable 17th-century architectural complex, declared of historical and cultural interest.

In several languages, you will enjoy a pleasant historical review supported by illustrations and explanatory panels. It has its own parking and the facilities are accessible for people with reduced mobility.

You will be able to appreciate the high quality of the Vega Grande wine, produced with the best care, dedication and the best resources. Inside the Museum you will find the shop where you can buy wines, cheeses, postcards, aloe-vera, and other typical Canarian products so you can have a good memory.

This visit can be made every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 10:30 am (1st shift) or at 12:00 pm (2nd shift).
