We will drive along the World Heritage-listed agave fields, where photo opportunities abound!

Stop At: Hacienda San José Del Refugio., Doña Gabriela Pena Lozada 405, Hacienda San José del Refugio, 45380 Amatitán, Jal., Mexico
Our first distillery is inside a beautiful hacienda, that delivers a unique blend of ancient tradition and modern technology. You'll start by touring the modern tequila factory, where a jimador will teach you how the outer layers of the plant are shaved-off to reveal the heart of the agave.
If you enjoy your tequila chased with a little history, you’ll love the visit to the 1870’s distillery, followed by a very nice tequila tasting.
From there we’ll go to one of the artisanal distilleries, where surprises can include grasshopper snacks, underground tastings or face-to-face encounters with the producers.

Stop At: Tequila Jalisco, López Mateos, 46400 Tequila, Jalisco, Mexico
The next stop is Tequila’s main square, where you’ll have about two hours to explore the town, enjoy lunch, visit a museum or indulge in an extra tequila tasting.

Stop At: Cantaritos el Güero, Amatitán, Jalisco, Mexico
On our way back to Guadalajara, we’ll stop at the infamous Cantaritos, where the tequila flows all day and night.
