Day 1: Hanoi – Halong Bay (L, D)

8am – 8:30am: After pickup from your hotel, set out on the around 3.5-hour drive to Halong Bay, passing through the scenic Red River Delta region.

12pm – 12:30 pm: Enjoy a short cruise-briefing, then board the junk boat and set sail across Halong Bay

1pm – 3:30pm: Tuck into lunch on-board

3:30pm – 4:30pm: Hop off to swim or kayak around the bay and explore the Luon Cave area.

4:30pm – 5:30pm: Cruise to Soi Sim island. Enjoy swimming and relaxing at the beach of Soi Sim, or hike up to the top of the island for a panoramic view of the bay.

5:30pm: Return to the main boat to watch the sunset.

7pm: Enjoy dinner on-board, then optional squid fishing in the evening.

Day 2: Halong – Lan Ha Bay (B, L, D)

6:30am – 7am: Take part in an optional tai chi class on deck, then enjoy breakfast on-board.

8:30am: Cruise to Lan Ha Bay.

8:30am – 12pm: Explore the Light and Dark Cave by kayak, then swim and sunbathe at the beach.

12:00pm – 2pm: Return to the boat for lunch, then continue exploring Lan Ha Bay aboard a smaller boat.

2pm – 2:30pm: Visit a floating Pearl Farm and learn the technique of creating high-quality pearls. If the weather permits, you will continue along to Three Peach Beach for swimming and snorkeling.

2:30pm – 4pm: Cruise back to the main boat.

7pm: Enjoy dinner and overnight on the boat.

Day 3: Halong Bay – Hanoi (B, L)

6:30am – 7am: Take part in an optional tai chi class on deck, then enjoy breakfast on-board.

8:30am – 9:30am: Explore the amazing Sung Sot Cave.

9:30am: Return to your boat, freshen-up and check out.

9:30am – 10:30am: Head back to the harbor and on the way, pass Ba Hang fishing village and Dog Islet. There's also chance to take part in a cooking class before enjoying a traditional Vietnamese lunch.

12pm – 12:30pm: Disembark the cruise and transfer back to your Hanoi hotel.

4:30pm – 5pm: Drop-off at your hotel.
