Day 1: Day 1 Hanoi - Ha Giang - Yen Minh ( L, D)

Our first step in itinerary is picking up you at hotel and moving by bus to Ha Giang province. The drive to Ha Giang takes around 7 hours but is some of the most breathtaking in Vietnam. On the way we will stopover at at a local restaurant in Tuyen Quang to taste local lunch. Along the way, we will enjoy the delightful landscapes of this mountainous land, filled with charming terraced rice fields and magnificent, soaring mountain ranges which dominate the skyline. After arrive Yen Minh, we will take a short visit to explore the Dzao village, as well as the twin mountains of Tam Son. Tonight we will have dinner and overnight in Ha Giang.

ITINERARY IN BRIEF

8.00: Pick up and transfer to Ha Giang province

Stop for lunch at a local restaurant in Tuyen Quang Town

17.00: Arrive Yen Minh, take a short visit to the Dzao village

Explore the twin mountains of Tam Son

Day 2: Day 2 Yen Minh - Dong Van - Meo Vac - Ha Giang (B , L, D)

Stop At: Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark, Sa Phin, Ha Giang 310000 Vietnam

After purchasing the mandatory permit at the Immigration Office with help from our guide, we will be driven on the undulating terrain, between 700m and 1,300m in height, through extraordinary mountainous landscapes and terraced paddy fields. Afterwards, we pay a visit to the impressive ancient H’mong family who were once part of the opium trade in Ha Giang. You can explore the rooms and grounds of the palace before reaching Dong Van Town for lunch.

Then we drive from Dong Van along the Nho Que River and go through Ma Pi Leng pass which is considered as the most beautiful pass in Vietnam with unique with majestic and wild beauty. Meo Vac has the majestic scenery in the northern part of Vietnam. This place is worth every season, every season is worth seeing. Comeback Ha Giang where you’ll have dinner and stay overnight in the house of a Tay family.

This morning is the last day in our tour, the fullday journey takes you back to Hanoi. we leave in awe at the spectacular mountains and left humbled by the simple lives and patience of the local people. You will take a road less travelled, following the river and snaking from pass to pass through the hills of Central-North Vietnam. You will then pay a visit Duong Lam Village where explore the special architecture through its surviving laterite brick ancient houses before making a short stop for lunch in a local restaurant. Arrive in Hanoi late in the afternoon and end the tour at your hotel.
