Day 1: Day 1: Hanoi - Ba Be Lake

Stop At: Ba Be National Park, Bố Lù, Ba Bể, Bắc Kạn 23511, Vietnam
Day 1: Hanoi - Ba Be Lake

Morning depart from your hotel in Old Quarter Hanoi then start to transfer to Ba Be National Park. On the way to Ba Be National Park, we will stop to have lunch in a restaurant in a local village. Afterward, we continue up through the mountains and tea plantations on the road to Ba Be Lake. You will then travel to the Tay village of Coc Toc. This is where you will really get an intimate look at Tay culture and daily life. After checking in at the homestay, youw will be free to spend as you wish, a walk to explore the beautiful surroundings is our recommendation.

Following this, we will take you to Hua Ma Cave, home of beautiful stalactites in various shapes and size. The rest of the day is again yours to do with as you please, though we offer the optional activities of guided walks/bike rides around Coc Toc Village and kayaking trips on the lake. If you’d rather spend the rest of the day relaxing and enjoying the serene views, then that’s also an option. Having dinner and stay overnight at homestay in Tay village.

Day 2: Day 2: Ba Be Lake - Hanoi (B, L)

After waking up and having breakfast, we will start a final day by boarding a boat and setting off onto the lake. it’s time to relax and enjoythe views or go for a swim in the cool waters to refresh yourself. it is a chance to experience the incredible beauty of Ba Be is from the water, from here we can explore the rivers, lakes and caves that make up this area of stunning beauty.The boat will then continue along the Nang River, we can take this chance to explore one of the most magnificent limestone landscapes of Ba Be national park - Puong cave.

After that you will have time to rest while we drive you back to Hanoi, taking in the beautiful scenery along the way. Stop at a local restaurant for lunch on the way before arriving in Hanoi. It’s time to say your goodbyes to guide, driver and tour group.
