Itinerary

0800 - Pickup from your hotel and proceed to Hoa Sua School located in Linh Nam, Hoang Mai just a short 6km distance from Hoa Sua Training Restaurant (host of cooking class)
After greeting, you will be escorted onto a morning market tour in shopping the required ingredients based on the cuisines selected for the cooking class with the guidance of the class instructor
Upon completion of shopping, we will be back to the school begin the cooking class session. Rest assured that the class is going to be fun and relaxing atmosphere with the vast experience of the class teacher(s). Their fluent English as well as friendly approach during the demonstration of the cuisines preparation will ensure that you will have no problem replicating the recipe(s) as well during the class with the assistance of them.
