Half-Day Local Cooking Class by Bike in Hanoi

Meet up with your guide at the hotel and then we start a leisure bike ride through Hanoi’s streets to a local house. Located at a small quiet alley, the house offers a relaxing atmosphere with friendly people.

Warmly welcome on arrival with a light tea break, we then walk to a local market nearby, where you will buy the ingredients for your dishes. A visit to the market will bring you an interesting aspect of daily life because markets are not only for buying goods, but also for socializing. After choosing the ingredients, we walk back and start learning to cook some traditional dishes.

After wards, you will have the chance to taste what you have created during the cooking and to sample additional dishes prepared by the host.

Enjoy a traditional green tea and seasonal fruit and then cycle back to your hotel.
