Itinerary

At 17:00, our guide will pick you up at meeting point, then start walking around 4 km in the Old Quarter "36 streets" to visit some famous and specialized- food families or stalls/ local restaurants.
Learn about the history and culture of Vietnam as you sample 10 or more dishes at some of the city's best eateries and small restaurants.
Try a variety of foods and drinks such as: Bun cha (Grilled pork with noodle) or Pho bo, ga (Beef, chicken noodle soup) or Bun Oc (Snail noodle soup) or Banh cuon (Steamed rice paper rolls).
Try some Banh goi (Pillow cake), Nem ran (Fried spring rolls), Banh tom (Shrimp cake), Banh Mi (Vietnamese sandwich), Che (Sweet gruel soup), Banh Bao (Vietnamese dumpling), Banh khoai, banh chuoi (Sweet potato, Banana cake), Hoa qua dam (Mixture fresh-fruit).
Wash it down with Bia Hoi (Fresh beer) or Tra đa (Iced tea) or Cafe trung (Egg coffee).
End at Hoan Kiem Lake or get dropped off at a location suitable to you.
