Day 1: Hanoi – Ninh Binh – Nam Dinh (-/L/D) : Car

8:00 a.m: Leave the hotel at Hanoi.

10:30 a.m arrive at Hoa Lu Ancient Capital.

11:30 a.m: leave Hoa Lu to Tam Coc.

12.00 a.m: Arrive Tam Coc and have lunch in a local restaurant with goat meat which is famous as the local specialty.

1.00 p.m: 5 minute-walk to the boat station and start the 2hour-boat trip to visit Tam Coc

3.30 p.m: leave Tam Coc and drive to Nam Dinh.

4.30 p.m: Arrival in Nam Dinh, visit Pho Minh Pagoda famous with Pho Minh Stupa dating from Tran Dynasty.

7.00 p.m: Have dinner and overnight at hotel in Nam Dinh.

Day 2: Nam Dinh – Halong - Hanoi (B/L/-): Car

7:30- 8:30 a.m: After breakfast, transfer to Halong Bay

12:00. Get on a traditional wooden junk boat.

12.30 p.m: Lunch with fresh seafood is served

2.30 p.m: Cruise to visit Thien Cung and Dau Go caves

4.30 p.m: At the end of the day, cruise back to the harbor and take a bus back to Hanoi and drop off at your hotel.
