Van Long - Kenh Ga Ninh Binh day tour

At 8:30 AM, Your knowledgeable guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and start heading to Van Long natural reserve.

At 12.00, you will have lunch at a Vietnamese restaurant. Then at 13.00, you will take about 3-hour road ride to the ferry-boarding a boat and cruise along Hoang Long river (literally means the Dragon river) to admire the exceptional shaped limestone formation. With an area of 3000 hectares, Van Long natural reserve has 32 beautiful grotto such as: Ca Grotto, Bong Grotto, Rua Grotto, Chanh Grotto, each grotto has an unique beauty.

You will also get a chance to visit the floating village KenhGa (Chicken Canals), where is known as one of the most rural areas in the Red River Delta. The name “Chicken Canal” and is derived from a local hot spring which water is used to soak chickens to make it easier to pluck their feathers. You will observe daily life and activities of people fishing, children rowing boats to school, simple houses clinging to limestone cliffs, etc along the canal. Then, you will explore Kenh Ga Hot-mineral-Spring (Natural stream). This mineral spring- water flows from inside a limestone mountain without drilling the ground, the water temperature is about 500C, especially for mineral water here is that water has high salinity.

After exploring here, your memorable tour comes to an end with a drop-off at your hotel at around 18.30
