Historical Dinner Cruise to Kealakekua Bay

I wasn't overly impressed with this tour. The vessel has 2 levels and because it was raining all those on the upper deck came down to the lower deck, making the lower deck quite crowded. The crew did their best to keep everyone dry by lowering the blinds but this of course them limited the view. I felt quite motion sick for most of the cruise so did not enjoy the tour.

We had a great time on this cruise. Uncle Danny did a great job describing the various historical landmarks and points of interest along the coastline. He did so in a humorous and educational manner. The pupus were tasty, and the dinner buffet was excellent. Our bartender, Rachelle (I hope I spelled this correctly) was very personable and I had a great conversation with her while waiting for our drinks to be ready. All 4 of us on the cruise had a great time.

This dinner cruise was much better than expected. The staff aboard the Body Glove boat were very helpful and friendly, and the boat is smooth. The live music, featuring a guitarist, and the historian who gave stories and pointed out historic areas as we passed by and explained their significance really set the mood and were both relaxing, knowledgeable and talented. I appreciated that extra touch. I think the most surprising thing was how high quality the food and drink were. There is a full bar aboard with a talented bartender (and the ability to take credit cards), and the appetizer spread and the full dinner really were unexpectedly good and varied. Really a highly recommended experience.

This was a wonderful cruise. Every aspect of the evening was very well done. The catamaran was spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean. The staff was experienced, attentive, and fun. The food, music, and historian we’re excellent. Our group would highly recommend this dinner cruise.

We really liked this cruise. Awesome crew and fantastic food. The bartender can make any type of drink and is really good with tropical drinks. There was a large wedding party on board so was sometimes hard to hear the historian, but we saw a couple of whales breaching and several playful dolphins. The musician on board was really good and encouraged all to dance.

Thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Sea was a little choppy but it didnt spoil the experience. We were very lucky and saw several pods of spinner dolphins who put on an amazing display. The food was well cooked, tasty and plentiful.

we threw our food in the garbage it was that awful. very bad decision, don't take this bad cruise!

We had a wonderful evening and dinner. The narrator gave detailed information on the various points of interest along the shoreline and on land. The crew made every effort to ensure that guests had fun, were well-fed and had beverages. The food was delicious, and I especially like the lomi-lomi salmon and beef brisket. I had that at other restaurants which were not anywhere as tasty as that served aboard the boat. I would recommend this dinner cruise to anyone looking for beautiful scenery and great food.
