About this activity
Spend the morning exploring the diverse marine life and amazing reefs along the Big Island’s South Kona Coast. Both the catamaran and Captain are at your disposal. Search the deep blue waters for Pilot Whales, explore the white sand beaches North of Kona, observe and join Hawaiian spinner dolphins in the warm Kona waters, or snorkel at historic Kealakekua Bay directly in front of the monument to Captain Cook.
We will head South, hugging the coastline and pausing to relay the stories of some of the more fascinating points of interest such as Red Hill, Parrots Cove, and The Grotto among others. All the while, we are scouting for Hawaiian spinner and bottle nose dolphins, both seasonal and resident whales, green sea turtles, whale sharks, rays and more. This charter is a wonderfully intimate way to spend a morning on the water.
