After departing Nant, fly over the Tasmanian landscape to Coal Valley, a flight that takes about 30 minutes. Touch down at a vineyard, and head to Lark Distillery, the first distillery to be licensed in Tasmania since 1839. Here you’ll learn about their production process, and then enjoy tastings of some of Lark's world-class whisky.
