About this activity
Our tour guide will pick you up at meeting point, we will head to Bay Mau Water Coconut Forest and hop on a basket boat to experience the unique ecological areas with submerged forest system. Bamboo boat is a popular means of transport on water in Vietnam. These boats are made of bamboo and very easy to travel on water.

The tour guide will show you where the ingredients of the cooking courses come from and you will have chance to capture the hustle and bustle trading lives of local people.
After that, you will start a cooking course with a variety of local dishes following the given menu. The chef is fun and enthusiastic and he/she will demonstrate how to prepare each dish before guiding you in the preparation of your own dish. Preparing a good cuisine is an art which you must think and develop with your own. After the lesson, you will enjoy the meal you have prepared. Hopefully, through this trip you can understand and know more about Vietnamese cuisine in general and Hoi An cuisine in particular.
