BINH PHUC COUNTRYSIDE BIKING TOUR

Day 1 : Hoi An – Binh Phuc ( L,D), 25 km)

8:00: We pick you up at VEI office at 66 Phan Boi Chau Street, Hoi An city.

8:20: You start with our tour guide by riding VTT bicycle to Cam Kim village

9:00 Stop to visit how to make sleeping mats, local traditional handicrafts. After that we ride along village road to see rice paddy field, corn field, bamboo bridge, shrimp farm, water buffalo and meet local people to get to know how they are living on.

12:00 Have a lunch at local restaurant, Taking a rest.

Continue to go to Binh Phuc village.

15h30 Checking in Homestay of Mr.Tu, enjoying a welcome drink with green tea, relaxing and talking with family.

Visiting Binh Phuc village and joining some local activities such as : experiencing and learning how to make local rice wine, raise pig, make incense, raise bird nest……, meeting with local people and getting to know about their daily life. (Or giving book, notebook to difficulty families.)

17:00 Returning to Homestay, going to local market to buy fish, chicken, duck, vegetable, barbecued baby pig …. (Depending on different season, they have different food)

19:00 Cooking class before having dinner with family. Then Enjoy a foot bath with medicinal herbs

 

DAY 2: BINH PHUC – HOI AN (B,L) (15 km Cycling & 10km boating)

6:30: Getting up early to go to visit baby pig market, a typical countryside market opening only in the early morning.

7:30: Coming back to homestay, having breakfast and coffee.

8:30: Joining some local activities with local people like: helping local households to grow or harvest: corn, cassava, rice, sweet potato, peanut…, clearing grass, cutting local tree, building a house..

11:30: Going to Ha Lam Market to buy foodstuff to make Quang noodle, having a lunch.

13:30: Checking out, good bye to Binh Phuc local villagers and come back to Hoi an by riding bicycle along concrete road and Truong Giang river.

15:00: Stopping to eat seasonal fruits, enjoying how to catch local fishes by lifting down and lifting up fishing net. After that you get on the boat and come back to Hoi An by boat along Thu Bon river. You will have nice view and take a lot of nice photos from local fishermen who are catching the fishes under sunset.

16h30: Arriving to Hoi An, returning bicycle, good bye. Finish the tour.
