Eco tour and Cooking Class

TOUR PROGRAM:

Market, Eco fishing village and cooking tour

8.30 am Pick up at your hotel or Dragon Travel Viet Office by tour guide.

Begin with a short walk or bicycle ride to the colourful Hoi An market with our Executive Chef

Here you will experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market. You will have the chance to interact with local sellers and purchase the vegetables and herbs to be used in the cooking class.

9.45 am From fish market, the Boat will take the boat cruise on Thu Bon River to see beautiful landscape. Especially, you will discover how the local people catch the fish from Thanh Nam Fishing Village

10:30 am Transfer to Cam Thanh (water coconut) Fishing village and go rowing in a basket boat with local people, watching fishermen at work using centuries old, traditional fishing methods.



11:30 am Back to the Little River Cafe and, after a refreshing drink, our chef will introduce to you the unique Hoi An cooking style. He will demonstrate how to decorate a plate and to prepare ingredients. Then it will be your turn to chop, grate, crush, slice, roll and cook the ingredients for your own delicious meal.

1.00 pm Return to the hotel.
