Sabirama Cooking Tour & Restaurant

Your host for the day will be picked up from the hotel before 08:00 am (before 1:00 pm for the afternoon tour) then we start our tour to your cooking class. Our tour is perfect for the whole family, children are welcome. Once we arrive for the cooking class a lovely lady will look after the children whilst you are preparing your dishes for your lunch/Dinner. We begin with a tour of the market to see the variety of fresh fruits, vegetable herbs seafood and other unique foods on offer. After the market tour, we will take you on a very relaxing boat trip up the Thu Bon river to the water coconut grove which is 7 hectares. We then transport you to the location for the cooking class by a basket boat and buffalo cart through the countryside about 30 min trip. On arrival at the cooking class, you will be met by our generous hosts where you can have a foot, head, and shoulder massage to help you relax. After that you will be presented with an apron and white hat to get started. The menu consists of: - Rolled wet rice paper with minced pork and vegetable - Vietnamese pan cake - Mango salad with seafood - Sauted chicken with lemongrass and chili. After our fun day, we will return you to your hotel by car.
