French Cuisine By The Sea In Sai Kung
Dinner will start with a welcome drink and canapes, followed by a complete course with appetizer, entree, dessert, coffee/tea and home made cookies. Feel free to bring your own drinks if you like, there is no corkage charge here. Jennifer also has a collection of South African, New Zealand and Australian wines that you can pair with your meal at an affordable price.
ON THE MENUGuests will be served food made from the best ingredients that Jennifer can find in the market. The lamb and beef is mostly from New Zealand, mussels and tuna from Canada and rest of fresh seafood is locally sourced (Sai Kung is famed for its fresh seafood offers).
You will be served:
1. Moules marinière - Sailor-style mussels cooked in wine
2. Roast rib eye beef with fondant potatoes, glazed asparagus, baby carrots, jus
3. Lime lemon tart with fresh berries
While Jennifer is trained in French Cuisine, she also harbours a strong passion for authentic Malay, Cape Malay and South African, Mediterranean, and Northern Indian cuisine. If you are feeling adventurous, feel free to "mix it up" and order some extra entrees from different cuisines (at an additional price)! You can leave a remark about it and Jennifer will give you more recommendations!
