The versatile and contactless smart Octopus Card provides you with hassle-free travel around Hong Kong. It is commonly used for payments on rides equipped with Octopus readers, such as the Airport Express, MTR, bus networks, ferries, trams, and selected taxis. The electronic card, which is preloaded with HKD 10 upon collection at the airport, also allows you to easily pay in designated convenience stores, fast food shops, supermarkets, and vending machines.
